| Abstrak | Problem (GAP): Effectiveness of using the Mandiri Dukcapil Platform Machine in issuing Child Identity Cards at the Population and Civil Registration Service, Bandung Regency, West Java Province. Obstacles faced and efforts made to overcome these obstacles. Purpose: This research aims, firstly, to determine the effectiveness of using the Mandiri Dukcapil Platform Machine in Issuing Children's Identity Cards at the Population and Civil Registration Service, Bandung Regency, West Java Province. Second, to find out the obstacles faced and to find out how efforts are made to use the Mandiri Dukcapil Pavilion machine in issuing Child Identity Cards in Bandung Regency. Methods: This research is descriptive empirical legal research with a qualitative approach. Data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation using non-probability sampling techniques, namely purposive sampling and accidental sampling. Passive participant observation is used to obtain accurate, complete and sharp data. Result/Findings: The results of the research show that the use of the Mandiri Dukcapil Pavilion Machine in issuing Child Identity Cards in Bandung Regency has not been effective. Even though this machine service helps and makes things easier for people who don't have time to go to the Disdukcapil office, its contribution is not yet significant due to external obstacles, including the public's low understanding of information technology. Conclusion: The ADM machine program in issuing KIA in Bandung Regency is still not effective, this is because there are still many people who are not aware of the importance of KIA and the number of central operators is still limited. |
