| Abstrak | Problem/Background (GAP): Suku Anak Dalam or Orang Rimba, is an ethnic minority group on the island of Sumatra, particularly in Jambi Province. Most of them, with a population of around 200,000 individuals, are spread across various districts in Jambi Province. Of the total 450 members of Suku Anak Dalam, less than half of them have legal identity documents. The unstable nature of their mobility and lifestyle, such as frequent moving or hunting without a clear trail, makes it more difficult for the Population and Civil Registration Office to provide legal identity document services to them. Objective: To analyze the population document services to the Suku Anak Dalam (SAD) population in Batanghari Regency, where the population document services to the Suku Anak Dalam (SAD) population are reviewed from five dimensions, namely Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy, Tangibles. Method: This study uses descriptive qualitative with an inductive approach which aims to obtain data in accordance with the real situation in the field. In collecting research data using several methods, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. Results: Based on the results of this study showed: 1) a) Reliability has not been achieved, because there are still obstacles due to several factors; 2) Responsiveness has not been successfully achieved, because it is influenced by several factors; 3) Assurance has not been successfully achieved, because supporting facilities and infrastructure are available but still need improvement and renewal; 4) Empathy has not been successfully achieved, due to several factors; 5) Tangibles has not been successfully achieved; Conclusion: The issuance of population documents for the Suku Anak Dalam population carried out by the Batanghari Regency Population and Civil Registration Office has not yet reached an optimal level in terms of all dimensions. Because there are still several factors that hinder the service of issuing population documents for Suku Anak Dalam. Researchers also conducted observations and interviews to find out the efforts of the Batanghari Regency Population and Civil Registration Office to overcome existing inhibiting factors. |
