| Abstrak | Problem Statement/Background (GAP): This research aims to understand the effectiveness of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in reducing poverty in the complex Muara Enim Regency. The focus is on overcoming the problem of poverty with comprehensive mitigation, as well as addressing the elderly community's challenges to information related to PKH. Purpose: This research aims to to provide a valuable contribution to understanding the role of PKH in alleviating local poverty and provide recommendations for program improvements in the future. Method: This research employs a qualitative approach with an inductive method. The data collection techniques include interviews, observations, and documentation. Result: The Family Hope Program (PKH) in Muara Enim Regency has succeeded in reducing poverty positively. This program increases the accuracy of data collection on poverty aid recipients and reduces the number of PKH recipients due to their ability to be independent. This reflects the program's success in providing effective assistance to improve the welfare of poor families. Apart from that, there have been significant changes to the PKH program in Muara Enim Regency, showing the government's efforts to increase the effectiveness of this program. Conclusion: The Family Hope Program (PKH) in Muara Enim Regency has succeeded in reducing poverty by increasing children's participation in education, family access to health services, and the economic capacity of beneficiary families. Recommendations to ensure the success of this program include an effective monitoring and evaluation system, program adjustments based on evaluation, and active support from local communities. |
