| Abstrak | Problem Statement/Background (GAP): Stunting is a growth and development disorder experienced by children due to poor nutrition, recurrent infections and inadequate psychosocial stimulation. The Rumoh Gizi Gampong (RGG) program has been promoted by the Aceh Provincial Government through Aceh Governor Regulation Number 14 of 2019 concerning integrated stunting prevention and management in Aceh. Purpose: effectiveness of the Rumoh Gizi Gampong (RGG) Program in preventing and reducing stunting in Langsa Baro District, Langsa City, Aceh Province, identifying inhibiting factors, and efforts made to overcome these inhibiting factors. Method: This research employs a qualitative approach with an inductive method. The data collection techniques include interviews, observations, and documentation. Result: , The results of the research show that the Rumoh Gizi Gampong (RGG) Program has been very effective in reducing the prevalence of stunting in Langsa Baro District, Langsa City, but there are several obstacles, namely the lack of human resources in Langsa Baro District, Langsa City as extension staff for the RGG program and the lack of program budget for make the routine activities of the RGG program that have been carried out a success. Conclusion: The Rumoh Gizi Gampong (RGG) program has been effective in reducing the prevalence of stunting in Langsa Baro District, Langsa City, but is still not optimal, so it is hoped that this research can be useful for the Langsa Baro District Service, Langsa City. |
